“With the many specialty stores that are here in San Diego with the many stores that you see are either Spanish or American that have different items. Many different kinds of specialty foods from the barbecue beefs and the carne asada steak which is one that is used in many restaurants to the many fast food locations that have used many times for many items. For a Wednesday I wanted to see the Big Ben Market that had got my attention to see a local market that looked family sized like the family Valley Farms Market this one when I entered was very different. Looking at the front area I saw more of the vegetables and the dry goods area with the hot foods restaurant over to the right. Any place that has hot foods I like to see what they offer the many steamer dishes had the many meats and the refried beans and the rice you see in many restaurants. I had to get potatoes and soda when you have dinner at home was short on things for drinks and large potatoes for cheddar sour cream mashed potatoes I like to use Idaho Potatoes. The service I saw on the store it was very quiet in the store had to ask for shopping cart to put things in asking of the store where I can find things at they had to bring down soda bottles for me I saw was the best help many stores put so many on the shelf. With small local markets in the city you can find so many items that you may not find other markets with Mexican bakery Items you can find in such markets like food 4 Less. The city of National City has great history when it comes the 8th Ave area with the location of the Big Ben Market you have a market where you go and have hor lunch and enjoy the Ambiance to be able see the many great hot Items they have to select. To have a nice family market that you can have drinks with your lunch you can choose from. They do have music that has the store one great place and the bakery Items they get from Carnival Market that supplies bakery and Tortillas to the Big Ben Market. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer when I had arrived at the market it was one quiet place yet when I had asked for a shopping cart I had got the attention for customer service. As an Elite I have seen that this one location it does have good heart and the cashier's are some of the best with telling about the bakery products they get fresh daily. This one market you can get all things for a hut lunch .”

“I normally buy food here, cooked ready to eat or groceries, I have nothing but good comments, the service of the people working here is great, they really all are looking for a way to help but they get to serve some jrks as always , I've seen it twice happening in line and once they got robbed by waking away as is happening more often, regular 20-30s guys who can easily work but decide to attack stores, the employees just get sad as they have their hands tied by the government who asks pretty much to let them go, they can't even touch them. Anyways, keep up the good work, the ambiance on the store is great, always good music and clean.”

“I love coming to visit Vons in Bonita. They have the friendliest staff here. I am writing this review purely on the location, the deli staff, and the chicken Caesar salad.I love the chicken Caesar salad! I stop here about once a week to get it. The chicken is juicy and it has just enough dressing, love the real Parmesan cheese, They pick out the croutons for me and it makes a great low-carb lunch.”
