“I own a 2017 Mercedes SL550 which was recently hit from behind from an older gentleman while I was parked at a store. I went to Mercedes of Monterey and they referred me to Gene's Import Auto Body since they are an official Mercedes Certified Collision Center. My back right bumper was dented in (thankfully no holes) and the diffuser below was scratched as well. I brought my car over there an talked with Jaysun, who worked through the process with my family and I. Overall, to say, the process was incredibly easy and done very well. Jaysun didn't make us deal with the other insurance company, instead, he simply dealt with them himself and worked to get my car fixed correctly. When picking up the car, the rear bumper was fixed above my expectations. He followed the entire process by Mercedes standards and checked every detail (sensors working, paint thickness, etc). I saw no reflection bending or any signs of the previous dent and the paint was blended in incredibly well and the diffuser fixed. 5 stars!”
“Fantastic experience! I brought my Toyota Tundra in after a neighbor rear ended the side while parked on the street - and while it still remained driveable, it was ugly and considerable damage. I went in towards the end of business day and Geno was quick to see what I needed, he had an estimate sent to me even earlier than promised. Dennis is the man!! Total white glove service from the start, expectations were set given their workload when I brought it in and communication was excellent throughout as he navigated the insurance side of the process. Carla’s office management and efficiency is hard to beat. With no pressure we discussed enhancements to other parts of the vehicle that would prolong the life of truck for years to come. Todd being the professional that he is, offered to follow up in the following days to make sure all was well and that I was pleased with the outcome. This team is top shelf, stoked I can count on them!”

He responded to my calls and texts promptly, explained the process and answered any questions I had professionally. I worked with Newton Brothers tire shop (also highly recommended) to remove the wheels and tires. John kept me informed during the powder coating process and had them done the same day. John even meticulously masked and sprayed my plastic center caps for the perfect “finishing touch”. My matte black wheels are gorgeous and just what I wanted. THANK YOU”
