We rediscovered the new location of Atkins Fine Clothiers now located downstairs in the welcoming Carmel Plaza. We felt we went to one of our favorite destination on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! The now larger space, allowing for much more selections, has the upper level for men and ladies in the glimmering lower level. We found the exact special gifts my wife and I were looking for each other! And had a most gracious holiday experience while being served by members of the Hala family. We will definitely be back sooner to visit Carmel’s finest clother!!”

I live out of the country and visit Augustina’s whenever I come back, about twice a year. On my last visit, I bought a beautiful sweater. Unfortunately, it started to pill after wearing it just a few times. On my next visit (several months later), I brought the sweater in and pointed out the problem. I wasn’t sure what could be done since it was long time between visits. But the owner immediately said to go get a new sweater. No questions asked! I was very grateful for her kindness and generosity. I highly recommend this place! You will be treated so well. And they have gorgeous clothes and jewelry, one of a kind.”

I decided to bring a friend from out of town here after I received what were my favorite Christmas gifts this year. I thought we’d spend like 20 minutes in there, but it was closer to 45 min or so because there were so many interesting items to check out. My buddy and I gifted each other really cute socks! My friend, who’s an introvert received socks that said “Friends don’t make friends hang out”. I was gifted socks that had a sunset and said, “Let that shit go”. The owner was such a pleasure to talk to and hear her story about the store. You can tell she carefully curates the items and is passionate. Very cool experience.”

    “Monterey Hot Topic is the best one I have ever shopped at. The store is always clean and easy to shop. Everything is where it should be and makes sense to the shopper. My youngest is a hardcore HT customer and only likes going into this location. From the first time I walked into this location customer service is more than amazing it's personal. They all take the time to look at my account and see my past purchases to make sure I'm not getting the same items or when I can't figure out what to get they suggest similar items. I have held the position in retail from a new associate all the way to DM and I would hire each person in there because of their outstanding customer service and dedication. In the 2 yrs that my kid and I have been shopping here I have never had a bad experience.”

    “One of my favorite stores while shopping in this mall.. I found the staff to always be friendly and attentive to customer needs. Unlike some stores where the customer is ignored. I was always greeted with a friendly smile when walking into this place. I loved the variety of merchandise. They always had great shirts. And the latest in patterns. I really liked digging through the sales racks. Always fun to see what bargains I could find. There were always great sweaters too. And such colorful underwear. This store is a great place to shop.”
