It has everything I need, the owners are helpful, very convenient way to fill up on all that I need without buying more plastic covered products and bringing them into my home. I love how you can buy as little or as much as you need, too, and use your own nice bottles. Fill up travel-size bottles for your trips, or stock up for a full year!”

“Ami is one of those boutiques you wander into “just to look” and end up leaving with treasures (guilty). The shop is full of beautiful pieces, from thoughtful gifts to curated items by local artisans. I snagged two things from Good hYOUman. Love a brand with a story behind it. The whole space feels intentional and welcoming, and if you’re lucky, there’s coffee and a chocolate chip cookie waiting for you. Don’t skip the little garden out back—it’s a quiet gem.”

Each item in her shop is carefully and thoughtfully curated and she shares detailed information on where it’s sourced and how it’s made. I fell in love with a tote bag but she didn’t have the pattern I wanted in stock, so she’s doing a special order and shipping it to me. Tim got us hooked up and got all the necessary supplies. We got a great quote for the bed the next day when we were able to purchase the bed, and when I called Tim, told us that the price had already gone down due to a sale starting. The purchase by phone process was easy and secure.”

“Hmm… a fine establishment, this is. Many treasures within, I sense. Plushies, soft and loyal they are. Mugs, strong with the force of caffeine. Garments, warm like the twin suns of Tatooine. Clothes, a bit more expensive than other shops, they were. But higher quality, they seemed—soft, they felt. A true haven for travelers, this place is. Visit, you must. Regret it, you will not.”

“The personnel, Charlotte and Donya as well as Silvie are great. They are extremely pleasant and helpful. They listen to your wants, your likes and dislikes and make great suggestions without pushing. The products are well displayed and the choices are plentiful, even if this is smaller “store” than others. The only negative is the delivery process which has nothing to do with the personnel at the store or the delivery personnel. But the process and timing of delivery can be frustrating. But, again, this has nothing to do with either the personnel or products. I would without hesitation recommend Charlotte and Donya, as well as all the other persons we came into contact with at the Arhaus Studio, to others. We are extremely happy with the personnel, products, service and overall experience with the Arhaus Studio in Carmel.”
