“Today, I walked over to the floral department at Carmel Safeway and was cheerfully greeted by Aurora and asked if I needed help with anything. I have never been acknowledged before while floral shopping, so I felt extremely welcomed. Aurora helped me pick out a couple of small plants and a balloon for a friend's birthday. I can be pretty indecisive, but she helped so much by asking me the right questions and helping me pick the healthiest looking flowers. Her enthusiasm for helping me find the right gift was extremely appreciated. She went above and beyond with her customer service, and I will not need to think twice before coming back next time I need any plants or flowers, and I will be recommending this Safeway's floral department to everyone I know! “I've never had a negative experience in the years we've been using this pharmacy. Yeah the line may be long at times, but patience is a virtue many people have forgotten. Any time I have a question, the pharmacist always makes sure I understand before I leave. They're the most helpful and personable group of people back there. They're also very easy to get ahold of on the phone unlike CVS and other pharmacies I've had to deal with when Rite Aid doesn't have the immediate medication I need.”
