“You have specials every week, a large parking lot and I like that they close late, most of the stores at 9 are already closed and I only wish they had more things from Mexico, like yogurt and more Mexican-style meats.”

“What is not to like about trader Joe's?? Through the summer they're going to have some root beer float candy. You'll have to stop by and pick some up and even has the fizzy Pop things in it.”

“This is what an old time, owner run grocery used to be like and should be like. Owner who cares about customers. In addition to all the staples, the store stocks a huge variety of gourmet and imported 'finds'. Think local flavored butters, imported Italian pasta, local organic tofu, imported anchovies, and local baked fresh sourdough breads. And fantastic chocolate options And the best part is the prepared food section. Food really prepared as if at home. Sarah prepared a different specialty each day, options like shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, Parmesan encrusted chicken and stuffed peppers. And a daily selection of BBQ ribs with different sauces. All at great prices. Eat fresh and save. The BEST deal in Pacific Grove.”

“Normally when I go camping I go with a lot of people, but this is the first time I'm going with just one other person. Need to do some significant planning and decided to come here as the grocery store before our campsite. Holy moly, this place was well stocked. Super clean. I think the floors were wood laminate, everything was neat and tidy and clean, really impressive. The most well put together Lucky's I've ever been to. What else can I say? You're not going to go wrong if you stop by here.”

“Lucky's does well. Consistently clean & well kept! Half decent produce. Why don't oranges, bananas, and even apples have almost no sweet factor/FLAVOR!?!? Blame it on covid, right!? BS!”

“Our main grocery store with high quality vegetables, meat and fish and bread baked at the store. Clean and well-organized, with a large selection of almost everything, including wine. Very friendly and helpful staff that have become pleasantly familiar to visit. Generally decent prices - taking advantage of the sales makes a big difference.”
