“Good Italian food to buy like pasta, noodles, vegetables. Frozen entrees available like lasagna,ravioli, sauces.lots of candies and baked treats. Many other items to. A must stop to check it out.”
“What is not to like about trader Joe's?? Through the summer they're going to have some root beer float candy. You'll have to stop by and pick some up and even has the fizzy Pop things in it.”

It is a great place to shop if you have access. There is a good selection of items, and the prices on meat products are especially good.
The store has been clean and organized during our visits.
There is also a sushi stand inside, which is a nice additional option.
There is plenty of parking available, although it can get crowded at times.
Keep in mind that IDs are checked at the entrance.”

“Been coming here for years for the deli, wine and our Japanese snacks. You want to count pennies - then go to a dollar store. You want to support a small business with a great deli and food, then come here.”
“This is what an old time, owner run grocery used to be like and should be like. Owner who cares about customers.
In addition to all the staples, the store stocks a huge variety of gourmet and imported 'finds'. Think local flavored butters, imported Italian pasta, local organic tofu, imported anchovies, and local baked fresh sourdough breads. And fantastic chocolate options
And the best part is the prepared food section. Food really prepared as if at home. Sarah prepared a different specialty each day, options like shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, Parmesan encrusted chicken and stuffed peppers. And a daily selection of BBQ ribs with different sauces. All at great prices. Eat fresh and save.

“Grocery Outlet is my go-to spot when I just need to grab a few basics without spending a fortune. Seriously, the prices here are hard to beat. I always walk out feeling like I actually got more than my money's worth, which honestly doesn't happen that often at other stores.
The place is easy to navigate, nothing fancy, just grab your stuff and go. Produce, canned goods, your typical everyday staples. The staff are pretty chill and will point you in the right direction if you're hunting for something specific.
Now, if you're on the hunt for, like, imported truffle oil or some hard-to-find international ingredient, you're probably gonna have better luck somewhere else. This isn't that kind of store, and that's totally fine. It knows what it is.
For regular weekly shopping though? It gets the job done. I've never left empty handed and my wallet stays pretty happy. If you just need solid everyday groceries without the headache of a massive crowded supermarket, give it a shot.”
“Burritos are yummy and worth the price. Occasionally, one of the newer guys makes a small burrito but it’s very consistent otherwise. They’re light on the beans by default, so consider asking for extra beans. (Make sure any non-perishables you buy aren’t expired).”

“Jerome provided exceptional catering for our wedding weekend at Stonepine Estate! While it took a bit to connect initially, once we reached him by phone, Jerome was absolutely lovely to work with. He offered delicious food options at very reasonable pricing - $30 per person for our group of 40.
The variety was perfect for our two-day celebration: salmon, salad, and chicken on Friday, followed by fruit and cookies. Saturday's lunch featured mini turkey avocado wraps, chicken salad wraps, vegetarian tea sandwiches, fresh salads, and absolutely unreal macarons that our guests are still talking about!
Jerome's attention to detail and quality made our wedding weekend lunches memorable. Highly recommend for any Carmel Valley event!”
“Kim's Market is under new ownership. The new owners have really made some incredible improvements. The market has more items and some delicious prepared banchan Korean side dishes. The owners are so nice and have even made some great recommendations. The oxtail soup they prepare is absolutely delicious. I also like their kimchi that is almost as good as Hong's Market. This little market is terrific and I highly recommend to anyone looking for Korean or Japanese food items.”
“First had their gimbap in 2016 when I stayed in California 10 years ago. I left in 2018 and I still miss the gimbap. Still the best I ever had! Read the reviews and am surprised it still cost $2 per roll~ ❤️”

“We stopped in for a sandwich after hiking all morning. Delightful place- old school list where you check off everything you want and take a number and wait for them to make your meal. I was blown away but the size of the sandwich and they got everything perfect! My wife and I split the sandwich that we could barely finish. On our way out we noticed a lady making burritos with a long line of local landscapers- always a clue on where to get the good stuff.”

“Went the weekend before Thanksgiving. Needed to tri tip. Unfortunately, it was BOGO. Staff saved me 2 as I drove over. Prices were very good for food. Employees were friendly and asked if they could help. Fresh food looked good quality, as did the meats. Everything we bought was great. Wish I had gone back here for groceries instead of the very spendy Safeway- and yes, I did use my card at Safeway. Lucky was a gem.”
“Their tri tip sandwiches are THE BEST. We love our delis in Monterey & each has their own “flavor.” This one is our go to for a toasted roll with everything tri-tip. This sandwich will FILL UP 2 ppl.

“The selection is kinda whack. Nice that it's open until 2 am and great 50%off foods that change daily. Also good clearance section near the pharmacy and back of the fruit section. Easily accessed bathrooms and an okay deli.. employees are nice but often tired .. lines are a little long during peak hours. The only store open past 10 pm this far into the valley and beyond. Would recommend but not if you ACTUALLY needed to find something specific. Odds are, this Safeway WONT have what you're looking for.”
“The destination for the very best produce around. Since the pandemic I have used Russo's to source my produce and am never disappointed. I am pretty finicky about choosing my own fresh food and can say that this place delivers the most exceptional goods at the best prices-beautiful fresh herbs bouquets, gorgeous lettuce heads and local artisanal goods are available and it is so very easy to use their website-they also deliver in a pinch. Do not hesitate to trust Russo's implicitly for amazing produce and local producers of fine foods.”

“I love this place. I shop here weekly for my parrot's fruits & veggies. It's also a great place to pick up produce for canning. The fruit is generally ripped at purchase so it will need to be used quickly but this is perfect when canning. The employees are always very friendly.”
