“With the hectic holiday shopping season now in full swing and still much more to do, we escaped to beautiful Carmel. Shopping instantly became a no pressure experience. We rediscovered the new location of Atkins Fine Clothiers now located downstairs in the welcoming Carmel Plaza.
We felt we went to one of our favorite destination on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! The now larger space, allowing for much more selections, has the upper level for men and ladies in the glimmering lower level. We found the exact special gifts my wife and I were looking for each other!
And had a most gracious holiday experience while being served by members of the Hala family.
We will definitely be back sooner

“Ami is one of those boutiques you wander into “just to look” and end up leaving with treasures (guilty). The shop is full of beautiful pieces, from thoughtful gifts to curated items by local artisans. I snagged two things from Good hYOUman. Love a brand with a story behind it. The whole space feels intentional and welcoming, and if you’re lucky, there’s coffee and a chocolate chip cookie waiting for you. Don’t skip the little garden out back—it’s a quiet gem.”
“Spent some time thrifting on my recent California coastal trip and stumbled into this thrift shop on September 29th. There were cool and retro things and some even hard to find. The owner was the most beautiful person inside and out and somehow juggled the inquiries of every customer. She gave me an irresistible offer on a sweatshirt that I couldn’t refuse that came in handy on the rest of my trip! Make sure you stop by!”

The salesperson was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and ready to answer questions. Just before I stopped in at Ms. Fabulous, I visited Girl Boy Girl. Dang, y'all. “The staff and service is absolutely amazing, they are always friendly and helpful. The shoes are amazing, vans are always my go-to, I've never been to this location and struggled to find my size. The shoes are pricey but with all the sales they offer and how long the shoes last it is worth it to me. I've been to a few locations and this one is definitely my favorite”

“Augustina’s is one of my favorite places to visit and shop. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff are terrific.
I live out of the country and visit Augustina’s whenever I come back, about twice a year. On my last visit, I bought a beautiful sweater. Unfortunately, it started to pill after wearing it just a few times. On my next visit (several months later), I brought the sweater in and pointed out the problem.
I wasn’t sure what could be done since it was long time between visits. But the owner immediately said to go get a new sweater. No questions asked! I was very grateful for her kindness and generosity.
I highly recommend this place! You will be treated so well. And they have gorgeous clothes and jewelry, one of a kind.”

“This store is soooo cute and interesting! Spent a lot of time laughing in the store. My new favorite local shop for sure! I decided to bring a friend from out of town here after I received what were my favorite Christmas gifts this year. I thought we’d spend like 20 minutes in there, but it was closer to 45 min or so because there were so many interesting items to check out. My buddy and I gifted each other really cute socks! My friend, who’s an introvert received socks that said “Friends don’t make friends hang out”. I was gifted socks that had a sunset and said, “Let that shit go”. “Monterey Hot Topic is the best one I have ever shopped at. The store is always clean and easy to shop. Everything is where it should be and makes sense to the shopper. My youngest is a hardcore HT customer and only likes going into this location. From the first time I walked into this location customer service is more than amazing it's personal. They all take the time to look at my account and see my past purchases to make sure I'm not getting the same items or when I can't figure out what to get they suggest similar items. I have held the position in retail from a new associate all the way to DM and I would hire each person in there because of their outstanding customer service and dedication. In the 2 yrs that my kid and I have been shopping here I have never had a bad experience.”
