“Stephen is something like a multi-tasking wizard... He simultaneously assisted at least 3 parties, while keeping a diligent eye on the floor, and people coming in and out. I came in to the store in the early afternoon, and dealt with another associate (Ricky) who was also fantastic. I went home and screwed something up with my data transfer, and came back later that evening and Stephen immediately came to me and recognized me from earlier, even though we did not deal with each other to begin with. He corrected my errors and sent me off as a satisfied customer.
