“Freddy by far gave me the best price to fix my fender which was way better than any other quotes I received, and it wasn’t even close! He was super honest and transparent about how he does business as well as exactly how he was going to fix my fender. You would think that with his significantly cheaper price that the work would be subpar, but that was not the case at all! His work was immaculate. He also talked me out of spending more money on some other minor cosmetic stuff that he said wouldn’t be worth it if I wanted to do it correctly.
He has a customer for life, and I will be sending anybody I know that needs body work to him. Thank you!”

I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had.
Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.

“I was referred to BodyCraft OC by my highly-trusted mechanic so I was pretty sure I was in good hands. My trusty Highlander had some minor fender damage and the fender had pulled slightly away from the body. I popped in to their location on Edinger and described it to Nate (no call or appt). He promptly grabbed a couple of tools, came out and proceeded to fix it for free.

“My viper had a wrap and when the wrap we removed, it took some of the paint off, as well as expose all the Little Rock chips and imperfections from the last 20 years. When I say he made it look like a show car, I’m not kidding. It is a driver’s car but I felt guilty driving it anywhere after I got the car back from him. Gavin does not cut corners-PERIOD. He does things the right way the first time because as much as a shop loves to receive business, he doesn’t not want a client coming back for the same issues. By the way, you see the stripes on the car? He PAINTED those at his shop. You wouldn’t be able to tell it wasn’t factory. The paint matching and attention to detail is spot on. I have since dropped off my charger hellcat in for some work and next is my wife’s Range Rover. You will NOT be disappointed by his work and skills. I have referred many friends to him and they have all had nothing but great things to say about the quality of work they received.
