The technician did a fantastic job right in my garage at my house. He was done in just a few hours. Worth every penny because I didn't have to drive to a body shop, wait to be called back for parts to come in and then drive around a crummy loaner for weeks waiting for my car to get done. I texted my issue, sent photos, got an estimate in less than an hour, made an appointment just two days after the accident, and then had the work done in hours at my house. I highly recommend.”

“Found ROEM through State Farm when I needed bumper repair. Chose them because they are nearby and got great reviews. They called immediately when the insurance claim was created. Scheduled repair at my convenience. They communicated via text throughout the whole process which was super convenient. They were also great about helping coordinate my rental car at drop off (Enterprise picked me up at ROEM) and also when the car was ready (I drove the rental car to ROEM and ROEM worked with Enterprise to pickup the rental car there). The bumper repair looks great. Car was super clean at pickup. Ryan that I worked with was friendly and very responsive. Drop off and pickup were smooth and quick. All around great experience. Definitely recommend!”

I called EURO was surprise that Dennis took my call knowing they don’t open until 8am. He came out and took a look at my truck and said he would get back to me. Shortly after he emailed me an estimate, i delivered my truck feeling that I’d left it in good hands. Everyone was so professional very easy to talk to and always made the time to listen to my concerns. it seemed that it was right about two weeks. They had put my truck back together. It came out looking like it was brand new, the detail the outside and the inside. I couldn’t be happier with the End result. If I could give them a 10 stars I would do it all day long. We have had paint and body work done for our 1935 and 1936 Ford trucks as well as my 2014 Mercedes. “After having my car hand washed and detailed by a shop I have used for several years, I was very disappointed with the results. I decided to try Unique Hand Wash and Auto Detailing in Costa Mesa located in the parking structure near the Cinemas in Metro Point/South Coast Plaza. I spoke to the owner Vick and listened to what he recommended to repair the paint and restore the finish on my car. He quoted a price that I felt was very reasonable for the work he proposed. I left my car with him and went for lunch and to do a little shopping. I got a text from Vick that my car was ready about 2 hours later. I was immediately concerned that he could not have done the job correctly in such a short time and prepared myself for another disappointment. OMG, was I wrong! When I saw my car as I approached the shop I could hardly believe my eyes; it looked FANTASTIC. I now plan to have both of my cars hand washed and detailed at this shop from now on. If you care about your car and want it to look it's absolute best, you have to bring it to Vick at Unique Hand Wash and Auto Detailing. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch!”
