“I’m not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics and intend to seek help from a trustworthy and nearby place. I have an old Mercedes (C230, 2004, 43k miles) with the “Check engine” light on. Since it’s primarily used for dropping off and picking up my son, I decided to seek help immediately.
Initially, I chose a Euro Car Doctor closest to my place, but they turned me down. They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car’s engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn’t be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded!
I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost.
To my surprise, my car didn’t need an engine harness replacement after all. And it was fixed within 2 days! Other than that, Mike was patient and let us ask questions. He convinced us from the point that I was desperate to get rid of my old Mercedes because I thought it couldn’t be repaired to the point where I realized that my car is worth maintaining and still has a long life ahead of it!

“My viper had a wrap and when the wrap we removed, it took some of the paint off, as well as expose all the Little Rock chips and imperfections from the last 20 years. When I say he made it look like a show car, I’m not kidding. It is a driver’s car but I felt guilty driving it anywhere after I got the car back from him. Gavin does not cut corners-PERIOD. He does things the right way the first time because as much as a shop loves to receive business, he doesn’t not want a client coming back for the same issues. By the way, you see the stripes on the car? He PAINTED those at his shop. You wouldn’t be able to tell it wasn’t factory. The paint matching and attention to detail is spot on. I have since dropped off my charger hellcat in for some work and next is my wife’s Range Rover. You will NOT be disappointed by his work and skills. I have referred many friends to him and they have all had nothing but great things to say about the quality of work they received. His price and quote was extremely fair and I even learned a thing or two from him about the repairs I needed and he saved me money, time, and did an excellent and seamless Repair to my vehicles damaged bumper.
