He explains the repairs , the cost and expected time of completion. We just stopped in on Tuesday afternoon & he replaced our old truck's muffler In less than a half hour.”

“Contacted the guys at G-force about re-gearing my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 2012 Jeep JK Rubicon axles and installing my PSC hydro assist ram. They got back to me with a quote pretty quick compared to other companies I contacted. They were reasonably priced and were able to get me in the following week (2 weeks before KOH). I picked the jeep up 2 days later. Their work was amazing! They made custom mounts to double shear both ends of the hydro assist ram and got me new hydro lines since the ones with my kit were to short for the amount of travel I have (I’m glad the flexed it out and double checked). I highly recommend G-Force if you need high quality work at a fair price and lead time.”

“I’m not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics and intend to seek help from a trustworthy and nearby place. I have an old Mercedes (C230, 2004, 43k miles) with the “Check engine” light on. Since it’s primarily used for dropping off and picking up my son, I decided to seek help immediately.
Initially, I chose a Euro Car Doctor closest to my place, but they turned me down. They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car’s engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn’t be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded!
I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost.
To my surprise, my car didn’t need an engine harness replacement after all. And it was fixed within 2 days! Other than that, Mike was patient and let us ask questions. He convinced us from the point that I was desperate to get rid of my old Mercedes because I thought it couldn’t be repaired to the point where I realized that my car is worth maintaining and still has a long life ahead of it!

Your service not only exceeded our expectations, but what you’ve done should be learned by other services all around. There are so many ways to communicate with your peers and clients to provide solutions or let them leave feeling regretful.
