Hours: The bank teller was excellent with breaking down banking services and the banking App. The help made the entire process of opening new bank accounts as smooth as possible and was very knowledgeable. Signing up for a credit card was a great experience; the service was very friendly and professional and there was no wait. For credit card payments, the line is never longer than 2 minutes; the staff is friendly and fast. The bank released a hold on a deposit from a check that was previously impossible to remove, going above and beyond the call to ensure money was available. The manager performed the impossible and made people believe in the good in people. Some customers say the service can be bad, but overall the bank is the best.
