But when I had a problem with my credit card and tried to report it on the toll free number, I was waiting on a call loop and never got any help. I think it is important to be able to reach someone right away to report a problem, such as a stolen card or fraud. I really think there is room for improvement in this area.”

“Fernando and Arianna were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our auto loan process. They stayed past closing time due to an unexpected issue and still handled everything quickly and efficiently. Even though my fiancée and I felt bad for the delay, they reassured us and never made us feel like it was our fault. Their level of service and friendliness remained consistent all the way through.
Arianna was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was communicative, honest about the situation, and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciated how approachable and supportive she was during the entire process. We also had a wonderful conversation with her while we waited for things to be resolved.
Fernando went above and beyond. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure everything was handled correctly. He took the time to clearly explain each step, worked through the issues with care, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening and how to move forward.
