The person who assisted me was Alexis. He was friendly professional, and helped to answer all my questions I threw his way and never made me feel like I was asking too much, or that he was over it, or pressed for time. He was very helpful and I truly appreciated the great customer service he provided. I went in feeling anxious, and left with a plan and he really did help to put my mind at ease.”
“Been going here for years to make withdrawals because its convenient. Today I tried to withdraw and the ATM gave an error and didnt give me my money or receipt but took it from my account. Errors like this should never happen.

“Fernando and Arianna were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our auto loan process. They stayed past closing time due to an unexpected issue and still handled everything quickly and efficiently. Even though my fiancée and I felt bad for the delay, they reassured us and never made us feel like it was our fault. Their level of service and friendliness remained consistent all the way through.
Arianna was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was communicative, honest about the situation, and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciated how approachable and supportive she was during the entire process. We also had a wonderful conversation with her while we waited for things to be resolved.
Fernando went above and beyond. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure everything was handled correctly. He took the time to clearly explain each step, worked through the issues with care, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening and how to move forward.
