“This is one of our local grocery stores that we go to. They normally have all of the items that we need and every now and then they only have a special item we need.Today's item was pine nuts. The girls want to have the Green Goddess Salad today, so I needed pine nuts to complete the dressing.Also, the kids like the chicken breasts from Stater Brothers so I got some them for dinner today too.Thanks for not letting me down.”

“I came here in March to make some adjustments to my Wells Fargo account. I had an appointment. Arrived on time. But I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. It did not bother me. I was not in a hurry. An associate named Josh (imagine my surprise we share a first name) came to help me. He was nice and patient and helpful. I was confused on some of the plans, policies and fine print and whatnot, so I had to ask him to explain it to me twice, which he did without a problem. So I appreciate his patience with me. He explained to me how the reward points work and helped me cash out what I earned in rewards. It was a pleasant experience for me. And the employee named Josh made that possible with his patience and attendance in helping me to make sure I understand what I was signing up for. I'm easy to please so I give this five star customer service to the employee named Josh.”

“Stepping into the world of grown-ups with my recently-turned-18-year-old meant tackling some real-life stuff, like opening her first bank account. We went with Citibank. A simple phone call and they squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day. We got lucky with Roberto Castillo. He knew just what we needed and gave us the lowdown on banking and credit, explaining it all to my daughter in terms that made sense. And he did it all with a smile and a warm attitude.The real highlight was when my daughter went to deposit her first paycheck. She had a figure in her mind, a nice round number, that she expected to see on that piece of paper. But when she finally broke the seal on that envelope, let's just say, reality hit her. She hadn't factored in taxes, so seeing a smaller number was a bit of a shocker. Life lesson learned!From start to finish, the experience was smooth and easy, and even fun. Roberto made the whole thing less intimidating and more of a learning experience. Citibank made what could have been a boring chore into a memorable event for a big life milestone. All in all, a good day in the world of adulting.”

“Phong and Daniella were amazing! They helped me regardless of coming 30mins before closing. This was a very important transaction and I was helped within 30mins. I left before 5pm. Thank you Phong and Daniella for going above and beyond! 4 stars is due to the bank hours. It's extremely inconvenient for people who work 9-5 and other Bank of Americas close at 4pm so it seems I'd have to take off from work to get my banking needs completed. This needs to change. Close at 6 or open earlier but don't open and close during the hours that 90% of the population have work. Also closed on weekends! Just ridiculous.”
