Very bad service rude girl I bought a phone on 7/22 I used the phone for 4 days and didn't like it I decided to go back to my old phone intead I tried returning the new phone and wouldn't take it back because 7 days were up when theur website clearly says 7 calendar days so rude I don't have use for the phone so now I'm stuck with a phone that I don't like stay away from this store go to a different store.

Lady & Maggie where so amazing working with based on your situation that had happened to us having our phones hacked went directly to the store and explain the situation to lady,Maggie and they went straight to work and called there resources to get this situation figured out and they went above and beyond to make this nightmare go away . After a few calls and they came to a conclusion on how to reverse this situation and got our phones back to us without losing our numbers and keeping them . If you ever come across this situation contact them they will do there best to their ability to make things right . Thank you again for saving our phones .

My mother and I have a phone plan with cricket and we have to pay every 25th. On the November 25th(Thanksgiving Day) we went early hoping it was open since we can’t pay online because we don’t have card and they were closed. It was no big deal because it’s thanksgiving but the next day November 26 my mother went to pay and had a rude sales person. My mother was attended by Margarita A who charged us around $20 more because we were 1 day late, said it was our fault for not paying on time, spoke to her in a rude manner, said there’s no excuse for paying late, and was giving other customers horrible service. Last time we’re there.

I went in to purchase an iPhone, sales associate Michelle, was happy to assist. She said I needed to purchase a protection plan. I decline she wasn't very happy at that point. She pulled out phone accessories from the back room. Most of them priced at $25 or more. She said the phone bundle pricing says I need to purchase to accessories in order to purchase the phone. I explained to Michelle i did not need any of those accessories and their overpriced. She continued to say I need to purchase them in order to purchase the phone. Final decision she said the only way I could purchase the phone was if I bought those expensive accessories that I did not need. I asked her where does it say that in writing. Then she said she would speak to her manager. Basically she did not want to sell a phone. I thought the store was greedy. Trying to have customers purchased product that wasn't even Cricket product. Buyer beware.

I stopped in several times, including to open mobile phone line, and get help with my phone &/ account. Although I got help from different person each time, all of them were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate help from this location.

Quick review: awesome service. Very helpful and patient. Really appreciated the service. Would definitely recommend this place. Long review. Was there twice. Once with my mom and the next day with my in-laws. First day with my mom, she has a slight fainting spell due to the heat that day. Leydi immediately checked up on us and helped out. Got her some cold water and helped fan her until she felt better so that I can drive her home. Life saver! Came back and finished up. I had some issues since I was waiting for a family friend to get a referral. Old folks and tech don't sometimes get along. Process to get info took a while and Leydi was very patient. Got everything settled. Came back the next day. Michelle's turn to help. My in-laws speak mostly Spanish but I don't speak it. She explained everything to them. She helped them transfer the accounts and everything. Again. Very patient. Helped setup our apps and everything's been working great for a couple weeks now. Sorry for the delay in the review. You girls are awesome. Thanks again!!
