About Dollar Car Rental
Dollar Car Rental provides a great experience with friendly, quick service and very little wait time, often getting customers in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. The staff is polite and the process is easy. Cars are generally clean and well-running, with very good rates and a transparent pricing structure. The location can be tricky to find in the parking garage and is a long walk from the terminal, suggesting a need for better signage or a shuttle. Customers recommend taking video and pictures of the car before leaving and filling the gas tank themselves prior to return to avoid high fuel service charges. Overall, it is considered the best overall car rental with a good experience, leading many customers to say they will be back.
