We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Alamo. What started as a very stressful situation could have easily turned into a nightmare. I had lost my wallet and was having a very difficult time picking up our rental car, and we were worried our trip would be ruined.
Veronica went above and beyond to help us. She showed incredible patience, kindness, and a willingness to help us during the entire process. She brought her manager and he also stepped in to assist, and he was equally outstanding. Together, they worked hard to find solutions and made everything possible to help us get on the road.
Thanks to understanding and willingness to help, they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. We couldn't be happier or more grateful for the exceptional customer service we received.

“I visited this Enterprise location for a short rental (just a day while my dealership kept my own car for service a bit longer than expected). Having rented from several other companies before, I was surprised how fast the service got me in and out and on my way. The car was clean, in good shape, and had a full tank. No issues on a prompt return process either. Michael was especially friendly and helpful and I was delighted by the whole experience.”

They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee). Very convenient, impeccably clean vehicle, and Nicole was lovely. I had never heard of Go Rental before but I will certainly look for them the next time I need a rental.”
“I originally booked with Dollar Car Rental, but when I went to pick up the car, Dollar Car Rental said they were out of cars for the next THREE hours... Avis/Budget car rental barely had a line compared to the other car rentals at this airport, and did have cars available for immediate rental. Linh was very knowledgable and got a car for me very quickly. I would use budget again when traveling to SNA.”

“It is not easy to find a cargo van or truck to rent one way from Orange County to the San Francisco Bay Area. So when my husband and I found this Budget Truck Rental, we were very excited until we read all the negative reviews. Because we didn’t have much of a choice, we decided to book Budget two weeks ahead of the move. We talked to Jason and he assured us that the truck was going to be available on the day we needed it. We arrived at Budget at 8:00 am. and Jason was already there. The truck was waiting for us, the pickup went very smooth and we were on our way. Jason was very nice and helpful. I’m not sure why other customers had a bad time but our experience was good. The only reason why we didn’t rate this review with five stars is because the truck wasn’t washed and the inside could have been freshened up.”
