“my rating is based on subject matter expertise & knowledge & capabilities. sure there may be some "customer service" areas for improvement at UCI Medical Centers (& not just this location but also their ER/Specialists). However I would rather have the rudest doctor save my life than the nicest doctor misdiagnose/mistreat me....so that is my reasoning for still scoring a 5/5⭐️•they work as a team of residents (post medical school graduates with overseeing Doctors and Higher level medical expertise above that as well).•They also provide a lot of technical information handouts so that you can understand why and what is affecting your health.• if you're seeing two departments/doctors, they will transfer your potential medical questions to each other department for increased quality oversight of the specialized medical expertise and can both see the information because it is in the same computer system•they have a lot of different capabilities with-in their network such as specialized doctors/ER/lab equipment/ pharmacy•they're an educational medical center rather than a for-profit medical center that rents out spaces (such as Hoag) where basically any doctor can just rent a room at the medical center. this means they are screened and overseen by UCI Medical which has an Educational Standard to uphold911!!! if you're having an emergency go to the UCI Emergency Location not to this location as it's only certain hours and not meant for emergencies”
