It's a kool store. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have it a 4 because they're return policy sucks and they give you very little for old games or systems then resell them for much more. Rick and Sam are great! So helpful Sam took the time to explain the games to me like I was a baby it was dope ! And Rick answered the phone when I kept calling from home to answer my questions , so many gamestops need to be like this , Rick and sam are awesome
