Not a bad thrift store. It’s filled with a lot more contemporary brands and styles so expect to pay a little more. Because it was so much more contemporary it felt like you could get most of the pieces at a regular store for just a little more. If you’re looking for unique thrift finds I think you’re better off going to a regular thrift shop

they have a bedbugs infestation I walked in there once and I saw one on me. I told an employee and they just said that’s odd and will ask about it and I left. (Edit) I have previously bought a stuff animal and I got an infestation that was costly to deal with

They were difficult to find as their sign is very different than what I'm used to seeing. However, their selection is great and prices are very reasonable.

To donate some clothes to the Goodwill, as the site in Irvine beside the university park church is closed. The suit is really a deal, as soon as there is a need, just go to get a good one about $30. The sign is not easy to see, it took a while for us to find it a few years ago. There is only 20 minutes to park in front of the store, if you want to park longer, you have to park farther. If the books more organized, and the restrooms not always locked. I will give it the 5 stars

There was a very horrible woman managing the dressing rooms today. She proceeded to bang loudly on my door and yell at me that I needed to get out. I said ok. Shortly after, (I was putting the clothes I didn't want back on hangers to be considerate and that's what took longer) I opened the door and she yelled at me in front of everyone: "Oh my God, look at this, is this all you?" "You can't bring the cart in the room and didn't you read the sign that says only 5 items?" I apologized and said I didn't know. It's not my fault she wasn't attending to the dressing rooms when I went into an available one to tell me those things. Very rude and cruel woman to treat someone like that. She is a middle-aged hispanic woman with glasses and was wearing a gray sweatshirt. Very awful and vile woman.

Slightly upmarket stuff, loads of clothes to choose from, worth the trip. Also check out other branches in the area, you'll never know when or where you'll find your next mini treasure.

Just a while ago I shopped and as a worker was ringing me up she commented to Marlene, a "manager" about a price on an item. Now the sticker was ripped but I clearly saw 2.99. Marlene proceeded to rip off the 2.99 sticker and said 4.99 . I was shocked and told her that is bad business. Who is she to deem an item that has been previously priced by Goodwill not expensive enough to sell to me. She also made a comment in regards to how Target sells it for so much and that 4.99 was a reasonable price. Now I thought that 2.99 was a great price and it's the Goodwill Store. That's why we shop there. For those great deals. Not for a "manager to rip off the tag and tell you that it's more $. Then to top it off Marlene didn't want to give me her name. Bad business all the way around. Hope to have a better experience, next time.

You will find something interesting but the price is not goodwill. Sometime Ross or even Macy's is cheaper than Goodwill here. I give you 0 star because of the markup prices and 4 star for the interesting goods. Old clothes $9.99? Price should be $5. Shoes should be $5 not $14 or $19.

The marketplace is cool and you can find good deals. The main store is way overpriced with many damaged target home items going for only $5 to $10 less than retail. Save your dollars for a real thrift store or garage sales. This place is a rip off!

It's a good place to find some cute clothes. BUT I went in today 5:50pm and I bought $35 worth of items. I had a set of sweatpants and the matching top I asked for the price the "manager" said $$10 the top $12 the bottoms because they weren't a set and different brand. After I showed her they were the same brand literally a set! She said no different prices sorry. That's really odd to sell items to your liking at whatever price you want to and say they aren't the same brand or a set. It was very clear it was a set. The same color and brand. I disliked that alot and she turned her back on me. Rude!!! Edit: goodwill responded, thanks BUT...the set was on a hanger that pieced them together as a set and how rude of her to say there weren't the same brand when I showed them the tags had the same brand on it and came together. I will no longer be going to goodwill this hasn't been the first time the manager does this. Not fair, but she sure can give discounts to ppl when she wants and I've seen it. Smh taking my business elsewhere sorry goodwill!

I use to love this Goodwill location, but my experience today has made me decide that it isn’t the place for me anymore. Shopping was fine until I finally checked out. The employees behind the counter were having a loud conversation which is usually fine, but this conversation was easily offensive. Mocking Indian culture and people are not okay! Mocking anyone’s culture or ethnicity is never okay! In addition to this, the cashier who was helping me charged me 20 dollars for a used purse because there wasn’t a tag on it. I assume she was just lazy and did that. It would’ve helped a lot if she were to just ask one of her coworkers to figure out the price. I don’t know… 20 dollars for a bag that isn’t from a luxury brand, and used is so ridiculous…
