“I've experienced excellent customer service with the help of Rajan. I brought in a pants to get it altered so that it would fit me better. Surprisingly they were able to get the job done in 48 hours! The day I came to pick up my pants, Rajan encouraged me to try on the pants to see if that is what I wanted and he was able to get to my exact measurements without charging extra for my miscalculation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who happens to be looking for either a suit or even just alterations!”

“My daughter is a big fan of this type of merchandise, ordered online (we're in Colorado). Daughter forgot to put our condo number on shipping address...so, I called the store and they corrected everything and they came through over and beyond (everything correct and timely, and the packaging was impeccable...they even included the store logo bag, and a sticker) Merch came to the house here about an hour ago and my daughter is ecstatic. Happy kid, makes a happy Mom. Thank you Black Zone!! Ps. Nice quality items, I was sceptical because we have never ordered anything from this store before..I have to say....I am IMPRESSED. “I came in the store needing a suit ASAP, and my dad had recommended this spot to me, as he's shopped there before. Raul was amongst the kindest and most helpful men I've come across. He told me he wants every customer to feel like they're family, and he did an excellent job making me feel that way right when I walked in the door. He found a few different suits for me to try on right away. He told me he would get the suit altered by the time I needed it. The prices are incredible, as well. If you need a suit, this is the place to go.”

Think of a mini REI but with cheaper prices and the money goes to a great cause. I've bought most of my equipment here recently since it's so close to my work and the parking for REI is so hard to deal with. Not trying to cheat on you REI, but the Scout Shop is kinda awesome!”

“I placed an order for a custom shirt on Thanksgiving day for a Christmas gift that I would pick up in person. I hadn't received an email telling me it was ready as of last week, so I called them. I talked to Jessie and told him about my order. He told me to come in and pick it up on Saturday, apologized for the delay and told me he would make it up by giving me a free item from his store. I picked up the shirt Saturday and to my surprise, he kept his word and it was ready for pickup. As a bonus, not only did he give me my free gift, but he also gave me my hometown t-shirt free as well. Thank you Jessie for all that you do for the community and your customers. I will definately be referring people who want custom shirts to you from now on, and even those who don't but wear your style of shirts. (My 2 free gifts from him and his wife)”
