“Lunch at Farmhouse at Roger's Gardens is always lovely. The gardens are beautiful. My burger was huge and delicious. My husband enjoyed his cobb salad but the chicken was dry. I noticed that when I had a salad with chicken on another visit. Everything except the chicken was excellent. Just don't order chicken.”
“Purchased a pomegranate sapling and small blackberry shrub about a year and a half ago. The pomegranate sapling is doing very well and the blackberry shrub has exploded with growth. They have great thornless varieties and the fruit is very sweet.”

“Loved the ambience and the sales associate Brenda was such an angel! We went in store looking for a philodendron/vine-y plant and a nice pot to give as a gift and spent a long time deliberating—must have spent over an hour in the store. Nearly that whole time Brenda was helping us make a decision or offering plant care advice and presenting us with new options! Have never met someone so patient and knowledgeable. We left beyond satisfied with our purchase (pot + plant) which she also potted for us in-store!!

“I just had the best customer service experience and had to give a huge shoutout to Brian! His level of service is beyond impressive and truly stands out—something you won’t find in 99% of stores. He went above and beyond: he offered to clean the saucer I was buying, gave me a discount because it had a small chip, and even used a Sharpie to cover it up! Brilliant move. He suggested I could touch it up with black nail polish if I had some, offered paper to wrap it in, and even delivered it to my car! Talk about exceptional service. A massive thank you to Brian for making my day!”

“If you do DIY projects every so often but don't want to spend a ton on tools or supplies, Harbor Freight is the best option.
This particular location is always well stocked and very easy to find items. If you need help, every associate I have spoken to is extremely helpful and friendly.
The store is kept neat and tidy and everything is clearly marked, which makes finding stuff very convenient.
If you do plan on buying items, definitely look at their online mailer. The coupons they offer make the inexpensive tools and supplies even cheaper, which is crazy!
As I said earlier, if you are the occasional DIY'er, the quality of the tools and supplies will be more than sufficient to use. It might not be the highest quality but for the majority of novice and intermediate users, you really can't go wrong with any of their products. And for the price, I'll skip the name brands and go with Harbor Freight.”

“I had trouble with my Husqvarna 450 Rancher chainsaw brake. I disassembled the brake assembly and tried to fix it myself but there was no way. I looked up four shops within 10 miles from home and set out to see who could help me out. So glad B&M was my first stop. Saturday just before closing time Joe took the assembly I brought in and tried for 15 minutes to get it working but there was a strong compression spring that obviously needed a factory tool to compress, line up and install. We looked on the web site and found they only sell the entire assembly which confirmed Joe's thought that it needed to be assembled at the factory. We ordered the parts and the estimate he gave me for the assembly was extremely fair. His employees had locked up and gone home but he stayed and finished up with me. His son even stayed around and chatted. They were both genuine people. The store was well stocked, clean and organized with everything a pro or homeowner like me could ever need. This place is benchmark for how to run a business.”

“We had a group event of 30 guests planned to come and celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. The sun catcher workshop was unique, relaxing and creative. It is held on an outdoor patio. The tables and materials were organized and ready to go upon arrival. Beth is a patient, communicative, and supportive teacher! Any time I had questions leading up to the event, she was quick to respond. She was very accommodating. Everyone said they really enjoyed it! Beth gave step by step directions. The product came out beautifully! Only 25 guests were able to make it so Beth gave us 5 take home kits. The cost was very reasonable. Parking can be tricky with large groups, but everyone found a space. I highly recommend doing this with a friend or as a group event! You will not be disappointed! It is totally worth it! “Came to this nursery Nitao in Orange to pick out some roses for my wife. They have a lot of beautiful type of roses to pick from. Came away with Bolero, Savannah, and Monaco. I very nice lady helps me pick the colors and the flagrant. I drove home with six containers. The price is very good compared to other nurseries and Homedepot.”

And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“I just love Armstrong Nursery during the holidays! And I was so glad I was able to sign up for their fall make and take class! We made a beautiful mini pumpkin with succulents. They had plenty of supplies and the instructors were all so nice and helpful! I need to be sure to keep my eye out for more classes. They were also so kind to have Starbucks coffee on hand for us!
Once I finished with my class, my hubby and I walked around and enjoyed looking at all the beautiful plants and pottery!”
