“Wonderful staff! Although I couldn’t find exactly what I needed at this location, the staff were very helpful and kindly recommended that I check out another store location. I went there and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service and very helpful staff!”

“This rating is for Melissa Pineda from the Gardening Department. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock. After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty. Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact. Always hold onto that character, Melissa; it will take you to many great places. Home Depot has a true gem…. someone with the ability to fulfill even small, unspoken wishes”

“I called them for help with a custom door. They were quick to respond, detailed with what they could do, and willing to expedite it to meet my timeframe. It was wonderful working with them. In the end, after modeling the door in the room, I decided to go with a standard in-stock door from a local supplier. But they were a pleasure to work with and when I need a custom door, this will be my first call.”
