“This company has YouTube videos posted and I was able to get my network copier going where other videos failed. I live in a smaller town and this Xerox 7845 is hardly top of the line equipment anymore. I found a video for an Altalink and with a bit of looking around, I got all the info where it needed to be and my scanner up and working over the network again using a two year old video posted by Prestige Office Solutions! “Pam is about her business. I switched from a Roland to a new Mimaki jv100-160 and Grimco took ten days for me to receive my ink. Then I called a local spot for three days and had to leave messages. It seems In the printing business nobody likes good services. PAM called and I thought it was spam so I declined. Pam didn’t give up and text me in which is how we communicate now days. It’s not 1999. I had to pay more for shipping but who cares when I’ll get my ink in two days not ten. Brenda accounts receivable responded quickly as well. This is how you do business. Thank you”
