“By far, one of the highest quality and honest mechanics around!
I was in a bit of a pickle since my car needed to be serviced on the Friday of 4th of July, and most shops were closed up until the weekend -- I urgently needed my car up-and-running by Monday for a road trip. Naturally, after several phone calls, BC Advance Auto Repair was the only one that picked up.
First and foremost, the service experience is awesome. There's a break room with water, AC, restroom, and Wi-Fi to wait while your car is being serviced. My technician was the owner, Anthony (or Huy), was very detailed-oriented, intelligent, and reassuring with my issue. His Vietnamese and English is also perfect, if that is a concern.
I received an oil change with a highly rounded/stripped oil pan bolt and tire rotation. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was pleased to see that the work was done right. Anthony also explained in detail the work performed, and gave a receipt. Moreover, they also provided me the original bolt and the remaining new oil.
Definitely one of the best auto repair shops in Orange County. Will definitely come again. Come here for honest, reasonable, quality auto repair services!”

“This is a good man working here. I was totally stuck across the road, locked outside my car by accident, with the keys inside. I was in a desperate situation.
I saw his garage across the road, was embarrassed, but walked inside asking the gentleman for help.
He kindly stopped what he was doing, came out across the road, and managed to open the car for me! A HUGE relief, and saving me a fortune and inconvenience.
I offered payment, but he said there was no need, and he did it out of his good grace. I was so grateful for that. I am not from LA, but if I were, I would take my car to this man, he is a good person.

“Found this shop to have the best price in town for labor to install a remanufactured transmission. This place is an honest family business and everything went well for my Hyundai, however there were hard down shiifts in 4th and 3rd gears, so I went down the street to an auto electrician to reset the TCM for relearn and adapt values and shifting was smooth again!!
