“Took my 2018 Jaguar F-Type here for a pre-purchase inspection during my Carvana return window and I’m really glad I did. They caught stuff I never would have found on my own, including mismatched tire sizes, an undisclosed respray on the front bumper, and a seat latch issue. “Went to Toyota for my regular service and they suggested about $1500 worth of services. I just got my oil change & tire rotation (covered by my service plan), then was referred to One Way by someone at American Tire. Inspection is $150, but they waived it for me since I got services done. It took a little while for the inspection to be completed (maybe an hr to an hr and a half), but it was so detailed. They broke everything down with pictures to help me understand their findings, and lack thereof. They showed me all the testing/inspecting they did and that more than half of the things Toyota told me I needed were not really necessary at that time. Apparently they often suggest things early just based on mileage, not really based on the actual condition of the car & its parts. Ended up spending about $300 (including 20% off one of my services for being a 1st time customer) on things that were actually necessary for my car at that time. They were also very kind and courteous, unlike the service advisor I dealt with at Toyota.”

He and Milo went above and beyond to fix and tune it up, and Joey charged me less than other mechanics had quoted me. Milo even showed me how to do other maintenance work and answered bunch of Qs, all with patience and good nature. A rare find.. I would drive a distance to work with these guys again.”

“I got an alignment here a few weeks ago for a great price, but when I picked up my car I noticed my steering wheel still wasn't centered when driving straight. I called and let them know, and they were very nice and understanding. They said they would check the alignment and recenter the steering wheel free of charge. My boyfriend dropped my car off and when he came back he said they did multiple test drives with different people checking the alignment. My car is driving perfectly now. I really appreciate that they did not give me any issues when I asked for them to check the alignment again and put in the extra effort to make sure my alignment was correct. I will definitely be coming back here.”
