Edited: like the owner mentioned that each UPS has its own rules and pricing dictated by the owners, this particular location is the worst as they basically charge you for every small thing which is normally at no charge at other locations. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!
This is hands down the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Unlike every other UPS location I’ve used, this one charges for absolutely everything, no matter how small or standard the service is. Things that are normally free elsewhere—like taping a box, printing a label you already paid for, or minor help at the counter—come with an added fee here.
It honestly feels like they look for every possible excuse to nickel-and-dime customers. It’s frustrating and completely out of step with what you’d expect from a national chain like UPS.
Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other UPS Store nearby. There are better-run locations that won’t gouge you for basic services.

I went in to ship 2 gaming consoles to Amazon trade-in program. The clerk was very professional. She took out a tape measure, mad a couple measures, and then packaged them both safely and securely. A+ job here. Will use again in the future.

On the day this ups location opened I was here and I witnessed the owner giving away free prints, packaging as well as free shipping!
And later we announced he had to win back losses so raised the prices. Now everything you do at every other UPS is double here.
Believe me.

Been here many times and they always make me pay for more ..either to print shipping labels when not required or packaging materials. Avoid this place. There are other locations with better customer service.

No notary available today. Not able to assist or confirm if there is nearby UPS Store w notary. Told me to call around. Definitely recommend calling ahead to confirm and schedule an appointment with notary.Update: vendor followed up next day. Also, available notary at nearby UPS store, was found quickly using Google Maps. Nearby UPS store offered to call this UPS store and let them know they can cover notary services.
