The service here is terrible. We brought a package that was unopened exactly as UPS brought it and the manager wouldn’t accept it because a corner was a “little opened” which it was not. This isn’t the first time the lady has given us a hard time. I would try to avoid this UPS Store if possible.

Pretty easy to get amazon returns done here and they will box and label prior to shipping. This service sure takes the edge off of ordering items online and still be able to return if defective or incorrect. Only had one issue with a very slow employee ( think DMV worker flash in Zootopia). Other than that all was well.
