“This was my first time visiting this supermarket, and overall, it gave me a very good impression. The products are neatly organized, the environment is clean and tidy, and everything looks well-managed. I especially want to praise the male employee at the left end of the dairy section. He was very friendly and helpful. When I asked him about the restroom, he responded with a very friendly attitude.
However, at checkout, I encountered a cashier named Ayline who was quite rude. I was standing in line behind another customer. Since there was no one next to us and I didn’t want to block the walkway, I stood slightly to the side. I honestly don’t understand why she reacted so strangely.
I don’t wish for her to lose her job; I just hope she can improve her personal qualities and manners. Working in this supermarket is not the same as being at home — this is a public place, and employees should be mindful of their words and behavior. I really don’t want such a clean and well-run supermarket to lose points because of her attitude”
“Everything here is excellent except for the phone signal. MY GOD IS IT EXCRUCIATING. ZERO and I mean ZERO phone signal is inside this store. I have been shopping here for YEARS and I can never use my phone for a text call or web search about an item because the signal there is dead. To whom it may concern please work on us(your customers) being able to send a damn text inside your store.”
