I loved the Girdles!! They are quite comfortable... you don't even feel like I'm wearing a girdle and above all I love how my buttocks look, it gives me a natural lift!! ???

They provide great service, great variety of clothing and jewelry. The staff is always helpful and very nice. They always serve their customers with smiles. The girls in the store are more than happy to assist you with whatever you may need. Make sure you take that’s special girl shopping there and I bet she would love it or Maybe a gift for your loved one. It’s in downtown Santa Ana if you haven’t been i definitely recommend it.”

“My daughter is a big fan of this type of merchandise, ordered online (we're in Colorado). Daughter forgot to put our condo number on shipping address...so, I called the store and they corrected everything and they came through over and beyond (everything correct and timely, and the packaging was impeccable...they even included the store logo bag, and a sticker) Merch came to the house here about an hour ago and my daughter is ecstatic. My name is Bella Allen, the Administrator and Founder of the “BÉIS Addicts” Facebook group, and I’m here to give a huge shoutout to the dynamic woman managing the door at the sample sale this summer. Let me tell you this woman is the heartbeat of the entire operation. Without her, things fall apart. The way she handles that door, controls the lines, and manages Standby holders is unmatched. She’s efficient, assertive, and knows her job inside out. It’s like watching a well oiled machine in action! I’ve been coming to these sales for years, and when she’s on duty, everything runs smoothly. But when she’s not there? It’s pure chaos. Lines are a mess, people wait far longer than necessary, and the entire experience takes a hit. I saw firsthand how the standby line didn’t move for an hour and a half without her there, leaving people waiting in the heat without shade or water. It doesn’t reflect well on the brand, and it’s frustrating for everyone.
Inside, It was tough to navigate, and throwing popular suitcases into a sea of eager shoppers, watching people scramble like piranhas, was not just unprofessional it could be a huge liability. At one point, I even jumped in to help the stock team organize the luggage so people could grab what they wanted without the chaos. I suggested a better, safer method moving the luggage distribution to the back of the building. By Saturday, I was happy to see the changes implemented, making things run much smoother.
Another issue was line backing up into the luggage area, causing people to get bumped and pushed people crossing back in fourth with their hands full was difficult. For the next sale, I highly recommend rerouting the line so it doesn’t interfere with shoppers. I understand managing this event is no easy task. As a former event planner for 25 years, handling everything from the Emmys, Oscars, Teen Choice Awards and Golden Globes Gifting Lounges, I understand how many moving parts are involved.
Back to the lady at the door is doing the equivalent of running a red carpet and managing press and media, and she’s doing it flawlessly. She deserves major kudos and a million raise from the company! I’m happy to volunteer any hours needed for future events. Best of luck at the next sale, and keep rocking it!

“I usually buy my Keracare Detangling Shampoo from Sally Beauty, but no store near me in my area had any in stock. So I used my $10 CashPass to help me since I saw JcPenney had 3 bottles in stock near me. I originally was going for one, but because I had another coupon to use, I ended up saving about 90%. My price went from a $25 purchase to a $4 one. As far as the shampoo, I’ve used KeraCare Detangling Shampoo for my hair for about 8 months now, and with Natural 4c hair it leaves my hair feeling clean, smooth, soft and moisturized. It helps to brush my hair with a detangling brush while showering and shampooing that helps keep my hair straight. I’ve noticed a significant amount of softness and growth from using this shampoo along with Keracare’s Conditioner.
JcPenney has been apart of my family for at least 30 years. From my Grandma, to my Mom and now to me. I’ve watched them evolve and grow from working there myself to shopping their selections to this day. The service, their products along with their sales/deals are more than enough to keep a loyal customer happy and coming back.

“My wife and I went in to get her some work clothes. My wife is on the plus size, so she was a bit timid to walk in... but the customer service representative (who is maybe Philippine) walked over and helped her tremendously! She went out of her way to grab extra stuff for my wife to try on. She did not make her feel like she was too big for the store. She helped her with her size and even offered to get items from the back. My wife said it was the best experience she's ever had in any store! We all know Express is for tiny women, but my wife, who is CURVYYYYYYYY walked out with 5 pants and 2 blouses. If the manager is reading this, PLEASE THAN YOU EMPLOYEE for going beyond for us!!!1”

I went to buy some bits for my partner who’s an XL, the guys in there were so friendly and helpful. I thought I’d be in there 20 mins but stayed for an hour and walked away with great finds !”

For Christmas shopping everybody’s in a hurry, but she took the time to inform us about other deals and the inventory that we might be interested in at the store. She not only suggested a brand I was looking for which is true religion that they now carry, but she walked me over to where it was! So very warm it’s hard to find that during the Christmas season, but I am so glad Macy’s hired this young lady! She even took the time to fold and provided us with gift boxes for each one of our purchases. And provided the gift return receipts. Amazing truly amazing!”

“The store seems understaffed. The associates are usually friendly despite being overloaded. There are plenty of items and good variety. When buying clothes, shoes etc check the size of each item, misplaced items are common. The checkout queue is atrocious, at least in my last three visits, the queue time was longer than the shopping.”
