“I've lived in Tori Apartments for 13 years. I've seen the good and a bit of the less-than-good. All in all, I like it very much. I have to say that when John Reynolds was recently appointed as manager, to me it was like the sun breaking out on a gray day. John is a best-case situation for a tenant... pretty much everything one could hope for in a property manager. It's easy to see that he cares about his tenants. When repairs or improvements are needed, he issues a work order and sees that it gets done. Kamunity Properties did us all a huge favor when they brought John in. I would say that for a comfortable, reasonably-priced apartment complex, Tori is a very good place to live. I intend to stay as long as I can!”
