I called the published phone number 15 times over 2 days in an attempt to talk to someone at the branch about a safe deposit box we have there. There was no answer and you can't leave a message. I had to drive to the branch to ask a question. Very poor customer service.

I was chased out like a common criminal while professionally doing legitimate business as an architect, what the heck is going on!!!!834 state street is acting profoundly disrespectful
