I called the published phone number 15 times over 2 days in an attempt to talk to someone at the branch about a safe deposit box we have there. There was no answer and you can't leave a message. I had to drive to the branch to ask a question. Very poor customer service.

Petty theft by policy.Bank of America service record rated bt Better Business Bureau is abysmal with complaints to Better Business Bureau updated on Oct 17, 2023. Bank of America Customer Support Rated Below Average, 457 Resolved, 1085 Unresolved 30% of 1542 complaints were resolved.Although a “fraud protected and monitored” account, Bank of America paid Netflix double billing for over 2 years using an old debit card that was cancelled while also simultaneously charging another newer active credit card for the same single service provided. Inexplicably, Netflix managing to get paid twice monthly through an expired credit/debit card plus a new active credit card for one service billed.Once the mistake was discovered, Bank of America would only reimburse half of the double charged payments. Bank of America reimbursed only half of it for reasons not given.B of A cannot protect me from thier own poor banking services. Corporate and personal bank accounts, credit cards and future SBA and mortgage loans were cancelled. B of A saved several hundred dollars of reimbursement but lost thousands of future dollars in legitimate bank fees, loans, mortgages. credit card interest, etc. after 28 years of being thier customer.They both have competition that is better than them.I also cancelled the 15-year-old Netflix account permanently.Ironically, now the same identical double billing by Netflix is found on my significant others Netflix account. Netflix managing to get paid through an expired credit/debit card. She has permanently cancelled Netflix as well.RPEvansMD

Bank of America seriously needs to get their act together! I went there three freaking times to deposit some foreign cash, and every single time, it was like they were on a mission to ruin my day. First, their system’s on the fritz, next, the one person who can help is MIA. What’s up with that? It’s beyond annoying and honestly makes me question why I bother dealing with them at all.

I have been calling for hours to speak to some e at this branch. Absolutely so answer. I am recovering from surgery and cannot drive there right now. How can they run a customer oriented business like this in 2023? A total turn off and I want to warn others. They don’t care at all about our needs. Follow up after their response: Easy solution, just answer the dang phones!!!

Eva, the relationship manager and lending specialist, is highly recommended due to her attention to detail and personalised approach that really took time to know us as customers. The impression the one gets at the end of every meetings is that the business relationship matters to her no matter how big or small the customer is.

Been a customer over 48 years. It gets worse every year! Have to make an appt for EVERYTHING and then the person cannot help you. Call center impossible to reach. Takes hours! Not enough staff, frustrating to do business in person as you can't "walk in". No one seems to care. Absolutely hate going into Bank of America anymore!! Time to find another bank.

WORST BRANCH. Only have one teller open while that one is chitchatting with the customer and there’s a line. Jesus the Manager on his phone instead of helping out. I was waiting 30 minutes for this lady Estela to finish up her conversation so I can finally get called. When I get there she has an attitude because the lady behind me asked how much longer Do we need to wait. I heard Estela tell the guy she was helping “pushy old lady” what a great customer service. When I get to her she has an attitude and says our cash advance machine doesn’t work. Like seriously? Why not say that at the door when you’re waiting to get told you can go inside. All these people need to get trained better to give customer service and just because you’re a manager doesn’t mean you don’t have a teller id and cash to help. Never doing business here again

Worse customer service ever! I went in to make an appointment for my friend that has stage four cancer to just add a beneficiary to his account. The guy at the desk when you walk in name Allen explained to me that they don’t help customers with things that they consider small. We would have to do it online. I explained to Allen that wasn’t an option and we would just like to make an appointment for a banker to handle it. He said he would NOT make an appointment because again the bankers have other appointments and he’s not going to waste their time. If these are employees that BofA is hiring, I feel bad for the customers.

After calling the number on the BofA atm and led through a bunch of prompts, the call was then dropped. No where to contact them, perhaps this will work. The ATM at Cantwell's Market is often very dirty. Other BofA ATM's aren't as bad; this one may be serviced by an outsourced company which often neglects to keep the pad clean. Unclean and needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly. And BofA when there's a number posted for "issues" regarding the machine, make sure the client isn't wasting time trying to get through.

On a busy Saturday with the line extending out the door and down the sidewalk a helpful employee walked out and assisted those not requiring extensive teller services. I just needed a roll of quarters and I was in the back of the line - she was able to provide assistance without making me wait in the line ??

Can I give zero stars?! I used their ATM to withdrawal money. One of the $100 dollar bills dispensed was a fake!!! I realized when I brought it to my personal bank minutes later to deposit. I went straight back to B of A at this location and the greeter (?) who was by the door in a suit told me there was nothing they could do and basically pushed me out the door telling me to call a 1-800 number. Needless to say, I will never use their bank or ATMs ever again. BEWARE!!

Probably the worst bank I’ve dealt with in the 20 years I’ve had a bank account. The corporation seems to enjoy making their services cryptic and contradictory. The constant stream of customer complaints obviously gets on their nerves because the staff at this location is always short with you, rude, or just generally unhelpful and unpleasant; at more than one time I’ve been told something that turned out to be false or outright deceptive to get me to stop asking them question. Theres one or two good workers here and I pray you get out while you can (you know who you are)
