CVS has garnered a mix of reviews, primarily focusing on its pharmacy services. The standout feature is the pharmacist Suraj, who is praised for his exceptional dedication in managing difficult-to-fill prescriptions, especially during nationwide supply shortages. Customers appreciate his warm demeanor and proactive communication, as he works hard to ensure they receive their necessary medications on time. Many express gratitude for his efforts, particularly during the challenges posed by COVID-19. However, not all experiences have been positive. One reviewer mentioned a negative encounter with a male manager, describing him as unhelpful and misleading regarding prescription requirements. This incident contrasted sharply with the generally positive feedback about other staff members, who were described as friendly, empathetic, and supportive. The pharmacy staff, in general, is noted for their willingness to assist and answer questions regarding prescriptions. Although some customers have suggested that phone response times could be improved, the majority commend the team for their efforts, particularly in a challenging work environment where they are reportedly short-staffed. Overall, CVS has a dedicated pharmacy team, with Suraj receiving notable commendations, while some mixed experiences highlight the need for consistent customer service across all staff members.

Be prepared to wait up to 40 minutes to pick up a prescription. If you use the mobile app to bypass the always long line, then the people in the super long line tend to get pretty upset. It is a shame that this location is so poorly staffed.
