“I love San Ysidro pharmacy! They have the best service and are very knowledgeable about prescriptions. They also offer compounded prescriptions that are not available anywhere else.”
“Everyone at federal drug is super helpful and happy you are there. They treat each customer respectfully And they are always accurate on monitoring medications. Also their retail store is full of items which makes them a one stop place. It is local and a true community pharmacy. Highly recommend them.”
“99% of the time, I have had extremely positive experiences. The pharmacists, especially Shiela are knowledgeable, patient and quick. The delivery guys are great. The staff, especially the two customer service ladies who have been there a very long time are personable and professional. I have never seen anyone with such a happy disposition as Ann Marie. For the 1% of the time I haven’t had positive experiences, it involves three newer staff (hired with in the last 2 years) that really need to work on their customer service skills.”
“Have had all positive interactions with the pharmacists here. Though they are busy, calls are returned promptly, and although CVS treats most of its customers and employees just as people to make money on, the pharmacists here take time and treat you as a person. Please write positive marks when warranted - they deserve recognition in this fast paced, impersonal world.”

“CVS has definitely upgraded the pharmacy experience with improvements to their online app and improved customer service. Wait time has been reduced significantly.
ThankYou CVS, keep up the exceptional service and upgrades.”
“Doctors have been great since day 1, for the most part front staff is great it has been on few occasions that we receive substandard quality service. With that said keep in mind that the front staff is not representative of the doctors here.”
“I have had all my and our family's Rx's filled at Ralph's for many years. The pharmacists and staff always go the extra mile, answering questions, searching for discounts and the lowest price, orders are filled promptly, they are all friendly and knowledgeable. I can go on, but I will just add that I have witnessed some of the staff calling MD's on behalf of customers who do speak English and advocating on their behalf.”

“I go to this pharmacy once a month to pick up prescriptions. I’ve found the pharmacy staff friendly and helpful. It appears they are often understaffed which adds to everyone’s experience (customer and employee). They order my medication needed for auto refill, but corporate is not sending in time. There are also medication shortages that impact patients and pharmacies. I’m grateful to have a pharmacy on the mesa. I’m hopeful corporate provides the support needed to help patients and their employees.”
“At first glance, I felt like I was in an episode of Schitts Creek. Otherworldly. The girls who work at the front didn’t know what a flashlight was? The pharmacist is super! They’ll bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need. Plenty of parking- allow dogs, and everyone adjusts to their surroundings.”
“Larry the CVS guy was great the day b4 and after...the before I went for an umbrella didn't read the lable and ended up with a portable chair. Returned the next day with Larry took care of all..”
“The Head Pharmacist is fantastic- caring, kind, patient, and always willing to take an extra moment to explain a medication to a nervous patient. And, unlike many CVs’s, they have self-checkout lanes, for when you’re in a hurry. What else could you want from your neighborhood drugstore? We’ll, maybe a soda fountain😁”
“The staff at this CVS is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. Whenever the checkout line gets too long, they always bring up more cashiers.”
“I like this pharmacy team at Medicine Shoppe. They are friendly, efficient and provide good service. They have limited hours and are not open currently on Sundays so you have to plan a little more.”
