Earl Warren RV Park is a basic, affordable parking lot-style campground. It is described as clean, safe, and quiet most days, providing a good last-minute spot with necessary RV utilities. The location is good, near the coast for a cool breeze and close to places in Santa Barbara, though not super close to the beach. The park manager or host is noted as super helpful, friendly, amazing, and very nice. The atmosphere is very friendly. However, the sites are very close together and parking is rough, potentially leaving vehicles slightly exposed. Some practical notes include ensuring a long enough extension cord for power and checking the sewer hookup, as some are awkwardly placed. Bathrooms are available but showers may be under repair. It is considered good for a night or two.
What an amazing experience! From the very first moment, Susan made us feel completely comfortable and welcome. The place was spotless, and the atmosphere truly felt five-star — just another reason Santa Barbara lives up to its beautiful reputation.

The Rv park manager was super helpful and friendly. Someone else had taken our assigned space but she got us into a better space. We are very grateful and happy with the camp manager helping us have a pleasant stay.
