  Don’t make an appointment here. I made an appointment, and even confirmed appointment via text message. When I came in I was told the owner who grooms cats was not in and probably did not see my appointment. Owner or workers dog is barking and running around. I have an older cat and this is not okay or safe.

  I give this place 1 extra star because it was easy to book online through their website and they confirmed my appointment through email and text. I showed up to my 8am appointment and it was closed, supposedly the staff member was in the back but she was sleeping. I waited 15 minutes and called four times.
