Haley Hotel offers a pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere and a convenient location. It is just a short walk from Lower State Street, great restaurants, and the Lobero Theatre. Guests appreciate the cozy and clean rooms, as well as the charming boutique touches, like the electronic fireplace. The hotel is dog-friendly, though there are no nearby parks for walking pets, and guests have noted some nearby sketchy characters. While the staff is generally warm and welcoming, experiences with the reception vary. Some guests found the check-in process cumbersome as it required them to enter their information on a tablet, and the initial receptionist was perceived as rude. However, the morning staff received praise for their friendliness. Noise can be an issue on weekends, with sounds from a nearby nightclub and street activity, which is why earplugs are provided in the rooms. Parking is available nearby, but some guests feel it should be included in the stay. Overall, while some improvements could be made, many guests enjoyed their time at Haley Hotel and would consider returning.
We had a wonderful time at the Hailey hotel. The rooms were so cute and there was a spacious hangout place that we definitely took advantage of. In the morning, we had a walk along the beach and we had fun times downtown too.

The only issue are the homeless people that roam the neighborhood, which is not a hotel issue but a city issue and Federal issue for the homeless veterans that need psychological and psychiatric support:. I assume placing this here will force the hotel ownership to share this with the city and Congressman.

Very comfortable, quaint, clean and attractive boutique in the heart of town. I would certainly stay again.
