Love the location in the Funk Zone but the rooms are really small, especially the bathrooms.

We stay here when passing through. Very clean central location. This is a boutique hotel very well maintained at the start of main street & the funk zone. The homeless situation is ridiculous in Santa Barbara & Moxy keeps you safe.
