The contractor, electrician, plumber, tile setter were all equally great. This is the only renovation we've ever done that was not stressful. “Great experience! Sarah in the showroom was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I ordered a shower head and handle system, after installing I had a small issue with an inner part, the parts team didn’t hesitate to replace the part on warranty. After multiple recent visits, I can say it seems all the folks here really care to help, if they don’t have the answer themselves, they offer to bring over someone that does. I really appreciate the effort as it seems like that is getting more and more rare these days. It’s so nice to see things in person and talk to real humans! Thank you for your help! We’ll be back.”
