“One of the nicest laundromats I’ve ever been to. Super clean and i like the handwashing station they have. It’s not crazy expensive. I think it was around $8.25 for the biggest washer. 75 cents for those small boxes of soap and such.”

“First time using this place today for laundering 2 king size comforters. They were recommended by a friend who has been using them for years.Paying her recommendation forward by giving Launderland 5 stars.Even though I dropped off the 2 comforters after 10.00 am ( 11.00 am) ) , the very kind lady at drop off told me they would be ready at 5 pm. Went at 7 pm , and they were ready, washed, dried, bagged . Another nice lady assisted me at check out. Service was fast and friendly , both ladies at the counter were smiling and pleasant...and I am sure their job is not an easy one. Kudos !”

The staff, especially the warm and courteous lady who helped us both times, added to a pleasant experience. Our garments were returned spotless, properly folded, and neatly organized. “Half the machines are out of service and the facility could use a decent cleaning.I like that they have outdoor seating and I like the neighborhood. They have a little library too which so cool. There is a bomb taco shop on the corner worth hitting up while you wait”

“I dropped off a lot of laundry in the morning and, at $1.30 per pound for fluff and fold, I got weeks worth of t-shirts, boxers, towels, and sheets cleaned and folded in hours for under $40. Great value, very friendly, and really helpful in a pinch!”

“I've been coming to Modern Laundry for a couple years now. They issue you a card that you can easily upload credit onto. No more quarter pushing!! The music is good, the machines work well there is usually something eye catching on the TV, and Anna helped refund me and reset the machine the one time there was a malfunction. She was present, helpful, cheerful, and she even went out of her way to write down the info for a local dry cleaner when I asked about dry cleaning. So I gotta give Modern Laundry 5 stars, because doing laundry is never FUN, but I don't mind it so much at Modern Laundry. Oh! And the bathrooms are always clean! That's a bonus!!”
