Lazy Acres is a well-established health food market in Santa Barbara, founded in 1991. With a focus on natural health and wellness, it offers a wide range of organic produce, functional supplements, and body care products. The store is large and features an impressive variety of items, including a steam table, salad bar, and deli section. Customers appreciate the exceptional service and wellness tips provided by dedicated team members. While many find the store's ambiance clean and inviting, some reviews highlight areas for improvement. The selection of vegan options is limited, and there are concerns about the return policy for food items under $10. Additionally, a customer raised issues regarding the quality of some meat products, questioning the authenticity of certain items. Despite these criticisms, Lazy Acres remains a go-to spot for specialty items and fresh juices. Prices may be on the higher side, but many believe the visit is worthwhile for the unique offerings. Overall, Lazy Acres aims to create a healthier planet and support local communities, making it a significant player in the Southern California health food scene.
Just kinda cruised through to see what they offer. Was impressed with the fresh food area. I didn't buy anything today, but I probably will in the future.
