Super friendly and professional but not fake; genuine eye contact and smiles. The personnel are great people who actually care. Some banks feel like you're waiting in line at the DMV but the atmosphere at my local branch is pleasant and relaxing with beautiful artwork and dècor as well.

I always enjoy walking in to Pacific Premier Bank. It’s a family situation that I’m on a first name basis with everyone! My needs are totally taken care of with care and I am so happy to be there.
