The State St. store has been in chaos the last year. When I walked in recently there were people who could help, stock on the shelves and it was really nice to be in your store.

Great store lots of parking employees may not be as friendly as your pet depending on who's working. Iv had my ups and downs if your buying fish make sure you say you have a tank or they wont sell it to you even a .10 cent goldfish Unless its a beta

The employees are over the top. They are willing to help you and they go out of there way to make you happy. I've been going there for 15+ years. Chris is the best employee I have ever seen. He's young but very knowledgeable !!!
