“New management must have taken over as this place has turned around quite a bit. The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. The manager is helpful and the shelves are mostly stocked instead of being empty. Still quit a bit of vagrants harassing the staff and stealing but at least the items you come for are available”

“Updated Review October ‘22The BBcycle app and system have had some good improvements in the past year.A yearly pass at $150 is a great deal - as you get each bike now for an hour for free. The system still occasionally glitches - but as long as you monitor the app when returning bikes it works great.(When it does glitch the phone text support system is usually quick in response to getting the issue resolved)The main issue spots seem to be at the stations on Cabrillo between Milpas and State. (The app can’t get bikes to check out)”
