The staff were friendly and welcoming and highly efficient. My blood draw was painless and the whole process was completed in under 20 minutes.

The process of setting up an appointment, buying tests, and then paying for them, could be a little clearer. We weren't totally clear on if tests had to be purchased in advance. Otherwise, no issues at all and a good experience.

Busy location so make an appointment if possible and things go quickly. Good and friendly staff. Plenty of parking available around the corner (navigate to the UPS Store).
