The process of setting up an appointment, buying tests, and then paying for them, could be a little clearer. We weren't totally clear on if tests had to be purchased in advance. Otherwise, no issues at all and a good experience.

Busy location so make an appointment if possible and things go quickly. Good and friendly staff. Plenty of parking available around the corner (navigate to the UPS Store).
