Only human interaction is when they are sticking a needle in your arm! Called to inquire about test results, nobody answered, listened to a message, and was never given a choice to speak with someone, but was directed to the website which is also useless.

Was turned away by an impolite nurse because my walk-in was “inconvenient” since their lunch was coming up. Returned after their lunch period and was told I would have to wait a long time due to a high volume of appointments. Myself and two other patients waited for 30 minutes without any staff assistance. Ended up waiting a full hour. Phlebotomist then bruised me while drawing blood. They seem stressed and understaffed, SOS

This is my second time here in a month and both times have been very impressed with efficiency & customer service. Albert was my phlebotomist today and was exceedingly professional and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Overall very good experience!

Go at your own risk. if you dare to visit this location, please be warned. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was an incompetent imbecile. They had one job to do and that job was to upload the blood test results to my MyQuest app and send the blood test results to my doctor. Unfortunately, the employees at this location were in capable of doing their job. What happened, is that six weeks after getting my blood drawn there were no blood test results to be found. As a result, my doctor's office never received the blood test, and as a result of that I was unable to have my appointment with them. In addition to all of the stress, aggravation, frustration, and above all lack of respect provided by this team of phlebotomists, the billing department charged me for my blood test results. Does that even make any sense? You have the audacity to charge me and send me a bill for test results that I never received. The joke is on you. Again, to anyone reading this review go at your own risk for you will be gravely disappointed.

Unfortunately both times I've been to this office the young man behind the counter seemed put out that he had to help people. He doesn't seem to want to be there. HOWEVER, the help I received with regard to testing was professional and accommodating. It's unfortunate that I was made to feel uncomfortable when I didn't want to have testing done to begin with. Thankfully I was more at ease with the rest of your staff.

Worst experience I have ever had. I went in for one vile of blood to be tested for vitamin D and a week later I still don't have my results. I called my doctor's office to see if they had the results and they don't either. They also said that for the bloodwork to be complete it shouldn't take no more than 2-3 days, but here I am now entering my second week with no results. In addition, I can't get a hold of a representative within the office to even discuss what is going on. I've been on the phone listening to this monotone repetitive voice for the past 15 minutes. I've pressed every button there is to contact someone in the office and each time this man's voice coming back to tell me what to do, and then he repeats his entire lengthy speech. When I hit the number to speak with someone the phone says to me "This line is unavailable". Overall, don't come here. Results are late and you won't be able to contact anyone if something is going wrong.

Very disappointed with the timing and service here. The male employee working on 12/10 was extremely rude to 2 of the customers i saw walk in, answering their questions in a snarky and dismissive way.

Friendly, fast, on time. Only issue is this location is hard to find. It’s unit no. nine but when you get to unit eight there are no more stores. This should really be labeled unit number one because it is the first business. It’s easy to miss when you’re driving on the street because you’re focused on all the stores that are accessible in a small parking lot.They don’t answer their phone, so you can end up driving around a while until you see a small sign pointing you to the location, But the first sign makes it look like it’s inside the UPS store and the clerk there had no idea what I was talking about when I asked him if he knew where the location was.

I showed up at Quest Santa Barbara about 10 or 15 minutes after they opened at 6:30am this morning. I signed in without an appointment. After waiting about an hour and their board still saying I had a 53 minute wait, I finally gave up and left. One person was working and was completed overwhelmed and was slow on top of it. If they are open, they should be staffed for it. It was extremely bad show of customer service. Pacific Diagnostics is a far, far better experience. I have been there many times and never had a long wait.

It does the job. You have to wait a while, but you can go around instead of waiting inside.
