we stay here every time we visit or drop off our son at UCSB. My daughter and I spent hours between the pool & jacuzzi! You can't not love the pond & ducks and quiet, serene enclosed green area.

For the location and considering this is SB, this property is great. Nice grounds, comfortable beds and serviceable facilities. It fancy but remodeled old school motel with wall AC and courtyard and balconies in all rooms. Nice attentive staff and service personnel.
